Who We Serve

    Bring people into the experience.

Concrete Steppas™ welcomes conversations with individuals, families, hosts, private event planners, producers and organizations that want movement, culture, and shared participation to be part of the occasion. Explore where our work can fit, then tell us about the people you want to bring together.

    Conferences, associations and corporate teams

For conferences and conventions, trade and professional association gatherings, employee retreats and offsites, leadership gatherings, employee appreciation days, and workplace wellness programming, shared movement gives people a different way to participate. Convention organizers, meeting planners, event producers, and destination management companies are welcome, and so are airline employees and crews alongside every other employer.

Conference formats include openers and closings, breakout experiences, general-session movement breaks, and interactive keynote conversations. Explore Trust the Step™ for movement and leadership, Concrete Fit™ for line dance fitness, Sudoku for the Body™ for listening and remembering together, or a line dance experience shaped around the occasion.

    Museums and cultural institutions

Museums and cultural institutions make space for people to encounter culture, history, and one another. We welcome conversations about participatory public programs, community days, exhibition-related gatherings, and intergenerational experiences powered by line dance.

Tell us about your institution, your audience, and the purpose of the program. Together, we can discuss how movement and cultural storytelling could fit the setting, including practical participation and access needs.

    Wellness, fitness and wellbeing

Gyms, studios, wellness centers, retreat hosts, workplace wellbeing teams, and community wellness programs can bring line dance into the schedule as a shared session rather than a solo workout.

Concrete Fit™ carries the fitness lane, Sudoku for the Body™ brings listening and remembering into the room, and a session can be shaped around the space you already run.

    Community organizations and public agencies

Churches and faith communities, community centers, city, county, and state programs, parks and recreation departments, neighborhood events, festivals, and intergenerational gatherings are all settings where people can come together and take part.

This is an invitation to talk. Tell us about the program, the setting, and the people you want to reach, and we can discuss what a shared line dance experience could look like for them.

    Airlines, airports and travel hospitality

Travel organizations carry two audiences at once: the people who run the operation and the people moving through it. We welcome conversations about both.

For employees and crews, that can mean retreats, team gatherings, appreciation days, and workplace movement. For travelers and guests, it can mean passenger experience moments, terminal entertainment, seasonal and holiday programming, and cultural programming shaped around the setting.

    Hospitality and destinations

Hotels, resorts, cruise operators, visitor destinations, waterfronts, and gathering spaces can invite people to stay, connect, and participate through movement.

There are two distinct ways to work with us here. Guest experiences are hosted by Concrete Steppas™ for the people visiting your property. Line dance training is built for your own activity and entertainment teams, so the people who host every day have movement of their own to share.

    Organizations supporting aging well

Organizations supporting aging well can explore Sudoku for the Body™: listening, remembering, and moving through music and shared sequences. Its intergenerational approach makes room for conversations with community hosts, workplace wellbeing teams, and cultural institutions.

    Private functions and special events

Some occasions belong to a close circle. Others call for a bigger stage. We welcome weddings, birthdays, anniversaries, reunions, invitation-only gatherings and special events shaped around the people at the center of them.

Hosts, private event planners, artists and producers can talk with us about line dance instruction, a shared dance-floor moment, or participation in a special production. Tell us about the setting, the audience, the creative idea and what you would like us to contribute. We will shape the scope together.

    Finding the fit

Tell us the occasion, the setting, roughly how many people, and what you want them to share in. From there we can talk through which program fits, or whether a line dance experience shaped around the day serves it better.
