What you share with us

We receive what you choose to type into our forms or send by email. That usually includes your name, email address, an optional phone number, an organization if you represent one, the category of your inquiry, details about a gathering such as dates, location, audience and budget, anything else you volunteer, and your communication choices.

Please do not submit payment card details, government identification, or private medical information through these forms. If participation or access needs are relevant, describe what someone needs in the room without identifying anyone’s diagnosis.

Administering Concrete Steppa Nation.

Sending an inquiry does not subscribe you to marketing. Entering a phone number on its own does not give us permission to send you marketing texts. Email permission and text permission are treated separately.

We do not sell or rent your details

Concrete Steppas LLC does not sell or rent signup details, and does not share them with sponsors, partners, affiliates or other businesses for those businesses’ own marketing. Only authorized team members and service providers use the information, and only to support Concrete Steppas™.

Mobile information and text opt-in details are not shared for third-party marketing. Providers may process them solely to support the service.

Services that support this site

Plumdock, built on HighLevel, hosts our forms and manages our contact records. Our website hosting and the embedded Luma calendars may receive technical information such as your IP address, browser and device information.

Embedded services may use cookies or similar technology under their own policies. Your browser settings can limit cookies, though some embedded content may then not display properly.

Registration platforms, our publications and our social destinations are separate services with their own notices and terms. Our forms do not request card data. If you register or pay somewhere else, review that provider’s terms and the event terms first.

Who can see the information

Access is limited to authorized team members and to the service providers supporting the purposes described here. We may also disclose information where applicable law requires it.

Your choices
