What you share with us

We receive what you choose to type into our forms or send by email. That usually includes your name, email address, an optional phone number, an organization if you represent one, the category of your inquiry, details about a gathering such as dates, location, audience and budget, anything else you volunteer, and your communication choices.

Please do not submit payment card details, government identification, or private medical information through these forms. If participation or access needs are relevant, describe what someone needs in the room without identifying anyone’s diagnosis.

Sending an inquiry does not subscribe you to marketing. Entering a phone number on its own does not give us permission to send you marketing texts. Email permission and text permission are treated separately.

How text signup works

Our Concrete Steppa Nation™ form offers two separate, optional, unchecked SMS choices. One is for marketing texts, such as event invitations, class announcements, pop-up locations and community updates. The other is for non-marketing texts about events you register for and requests you make, such as reminders, schedule changes and inquiry follow-up. Enter your own mobile number and select only the types you want. Text signup is for people aged 18 or older. Providing a number alone is not consent.

Plumdock stores your submitted contact details, selected consent choices and submission date so we can respect your preferences. We use this information to deliver and support the texts you request, including through our messaging service providers. Consent is not required to buy anything or join by email. Message frequency varies; message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for assistance. You can also contact info@theconcretesteppas.com about your preferences. We do not sell or rent your details

Concrete Steppas LLC does not sell or rent signup details, and does not share them with sponsors, partners, affiliates or other businesses for those businesses’ own marketing. Only authorized team members and service providers use the information, and only to support Concrete Steppas™.

Mobile information and text opt-in details are not shared for third-party marketing. Providers may process them solely to support the service.

Website analytics, only with your permission

If you choose Accept analytics, we use Google Analytics to understand how this website is used, such as which pages are visited, how far people scroll, and when someone selects a booking, community, email or form link. We use this to improve the website. Selecting a link is recorded as a click only, not as a completed inquiry or signup.

After you give permission, Google Analytics sets cookies in your browser and receives technical activity information such as page addresses without query details, page titles, the referring website, approximate location derived from your IP address, and browser and device information. We do not send names, email addresses, phone numbers or anything you type into our forms. Advertising features, advertising personalization and Google Signals are turned off, and we do not assign you a user ID.

Until you choose Accept analytics, Google Analytics is not loaded and sets no cookies. If your browser sends a Global Privacy Control signal, we treat it as Decline unless you later choose otherwise. Your choice is remembered in this browser. You can change it at any time with Analytics preferences here or in the footer of every page. Withdrawing stops measurement and removes the Google Analytics cookies from this website.

Services that support this site

Plumdock, built on HighLevel, hosts our forms and manages our contact records. Our website hosting and the embedded Luma calendars may receive technical information such as your IP address, browser and device information. With your permission, Google Analytics receives the information described above.

Embedded services may use cookies or similar technology under their own policies. Your browser settings can limit cookies, though some embedded content may then not display properly.

Registration platforms, our publications and our social destinations are separate services with their own notices and terms. Our forms do not request card data. If you register or pay somewhere else, review that provider’s terms and the event terms first.

Who can see the information

Access is limited to authorized team members and to the service providers supporting the purposes described here. We may also disclose information where applicable law requires it.

Your choices

Write to info@theconcretesteppas.com to ask for a copy of what we hold, to correct it, to ask us to remove it, or to get help with your preferences. When we send email updates, each one carries an unsubscribe link. Email and text permissions can be set and withdrawn separately.

How long we keep things

We keep records for as long as they are needed for the purposes above and for applicable obligations. If you opt out, we may keep a minimal suppression record so that your choice is respected going forward.

We take care with the information you share, and no website or service can guarantee absolute security.

Who these forms are for

Our form submissions are intended for adults arranging engagements or joining the community. Please do not submit identifying details about children.
