Wellness and Community Experiences

    Wellbeing has room for rhythm.

Concrete Steppas™ brings line dance into wellbeing programming as something people do together. Music sets the pace, cues arrive out loud, sequences repeat until the room knows them, and everyone is facing the same way while they figure it out.

    Where it fits

    Workplace wellness

Wellbeing programming that people join because they want to, as a one-time session or part of a recurring calendar.

    Gyms, studios and retreats

Line dance as a group session inside a schedule you already run, or as the movement thread through a retreat.

    Community and public agencies

Recreation programs, community centers, health fairs, neighborhood gatherings, and public sessions open to whoever shows up.

    Active aging

Sudoku for the Body™, where listening, remembering, and moving happen together across generations.

What a session is made of

A session is built from music, spoken cues, and sequences the room learns by repeating them. People listen for what comes next, recognize a pattern from earlier, and put it into motion at the same time as everyone else.

There is no partner to find and no prior dance experience required. Missing a turn is part of it. The count comes back around, and the room picks it up together.

    Movement, spaces and wellbeing

Our interest in neurowellness begins with curiosity about movement, social connection, and the spaces we share.

How might music, movement and social connection shape the way we experience a space?

We explore these questions through research-informed writing and conversations about the places where people gather. Follow that exploration at Insights.
