Conferences, Associations and Team Experiences

Give the room something to share.

Concrete Steppas™ brings facilitated line dance and movement into conferences, conventions, association gatherings, and corporate events. Everyone faces the same direction, learns the same steps, and misses the same turn. What people leave with is the experience of having done something together.

A place in the program. A moment people share.

Line dance and shared movement can live inside a larger agenda rather than beside it. We shape the moment around your audience, the purpose of the gathering, and the setting you are working in, whether that is a ballroom, a breakout room, or a general session.

    Conference openers and closings

A shared movement moment that starts the program together, or sends the room out on its feet at the end.

    Breakout experiences

A session within the breakout schedule, sized to the room and the time you have in the grid.

    General-session movement breaks

A short reset placed inside a long general session, so a seated agenda gets a moment of shared participation.

    Interactive keynote conversations

An invitation to discuss a keynote that combines a talk with audience participation, developed with you around your event theme.

Each format is a starting point for a conversation. Room size, timing, and what is possible in your space are scoped with you.

We welcome trade and professional associations, convention organizers, meeting planners, event producers, destination management companies, and corporate and hospitality teams across industries.

    Where it fits

    Conferences and conventions

Openers, breakouts, general-session moments, and closings for annual meetings and multi-day programs.

    Association gatherings

Trade and professional association meetings, chapter events, and member celebrations.

    Retreats and offsites

A shared session inside a multi-day agenda, where the room gets to participate instead of watch.

    Employee appreciation

A celebration built around taking part, for staff days, milestones, and end-of-year gatherings.

    Leadership gatherings

Movement as a way to practice listening, timing, and recovering together, through Trust the Step™.

    Workplace wellness

Line dance as a recurring or one-time wellbeing session that people actually look forward to.

    Airline and travel teams

Crew and ground team gatherings, appreciation days, and workplace movement built around travel schedules.

We welcome inquiries from HR, learning and development, and employee resource groups, as well as meeting planners, conference organizers, and destination management companies shaping a program for a client. Keynote and speaking inquiries are welcome too, and we are glad to discuss a talk on its own or alongside a movement experience.

Airlines, airports, and travel hospitality organizations have a page of their own, covering both employee gatherings and programming for travelers.

What we bring into the room

The offer is facilitated line dance and movement, hosted by Concrete Steppas™. Depending on what the day asks for, that can take the shape of one of our programs or a session put together in conversation with you.

    Trust the Step™

Leadership development, team building, and corporate wellness through movement, shared learning, and reflection.

    Concrete Fit™

Heart Rates UP… Steps DOWN. The line dance fitness experience, for workplace wellness and celebration alike.

    Sudoku for the Body™

A memory game for the body, built on music, spoken cues, patterns, and sequences to remember together.

    Something built in conversation

If none of the above is quite the shape of your day, tell us what the day is. We can talk through a line dance experience made for it.

    Built around your people

Every room is different, so we start with yours. Tell us about the setting and the space itself, who will be in it, what the gathering is for, and how people will be arriving into it: fresh in the morning, or three sessions deep.

Tell us about participation needs too. We would rather hear them early and shape the session around the people who will be there than assume anything about the room.

    Start the conversation

Send us the occasion, the date you have in mind, the location, and roughly how many people you expect. We will write back and talk it through with you.
